General Conditions of Purchase and Sale of 2tor.cc, whose registered office is https://www.2tor.cc, hereinafter simply referred to as 2tor.cc, and, on the other hand, the customer 2tor.cc, qualified at the time of purchase of 2tor.cc products, hereinafter simply referred to as Customer.
Whereas 2tor.cc sells products and services over the Internet; Considering the Customer's interest in purchasing the products offered by 2tor.cc (“Products”) in its sales channels; The purpose of this contract is to establish the general conditions of use and purchase of products and services by the customer of the 2tor.cc site.
I. Confidentiality: 2tor.cc is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of all data and information provided by the Customer during the purchase process. The security of the site is audited daily and guaranteed against the action of pirates, thanks to the “Site Shielded” seal.
II. Customer Service (SAC): The customer has this service to resolve his doubts, resolve any request or complaint concerning his order or any content available on the site. The SAC can be reached by phone or via a form on the site.
III. Delivery policy: the delivery time of the Products is indicated during the purchase procedure, counted in working days. Deliveries of Products are made Monday to Friday, from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. Exceptionally, certain deliveries of Products may take place on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
III.I – The verification of the adequacy of the dimensions of the product is the responsibility of the Customer who must ensure that these comply with the spatial limits of the elevators, doors and corridors of the place of delivery. The product will not be assembled or disassembled, transported by stairs and/or doors and windows, or hoisted deliveries.
III.II – Up to three delivery attempts will be made at the place indicated, every other day, with an interval of up to 48 hours between one delivery and the other. It is essential that at the address requested, there is a person authorized by the buyer, aged over 18, and provided with an identity document to receive the goods and sign the delivery protocol. If there are three failed delivery attempts, the order will be returned to the 2tor.cc distribution center.
III.III – Once the order has been validated, it is not possible to modify the method of payment and/or the delivery address, to request a deposit or even a delivery priority.
III.IV – The delivery time indicated during the Product purchase procedure takes into account the stock, the region, the process of issuing the invoice and the preparation time of the product. With each update of the delivery status of the order, the 2tor.cc system automatically sends alert e-mails to the Customer.
III.V – The value of the delivery freight is calculated according to the place of delivery, the weight and the dimensions of the Product.
III.VI – 2tor.cc does not authorize the carrier to: enter the home; deliver by alternative means (example: lifting the product through a window); carry out the installation or maintenance of the products; open the product packaging; deliver to an address different from that indicated in DANFE; deliver to a minor or without identification.
III.VII – 2tor.cc is not responsible for the detention of the goods at SEFAZ when this is exclusively due to the outstanding problems of the customer, therefore it is necessary to appear at the tax office so that the goods are released, taking into account that in these cases information about releases and payments is only transmitted to interested parties.
IV. Right of withdrawal: the Customer will have the right to exercise the right of withdrawal from the purchase, with the aim of returning the Product, in which case the following conditions must be respected: the withdrawal period for the purchase of the product is up to 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of receipt; in case of return, the product must be returned to 2tor.cc in the original packaging, accompanied by the DANFE (Auxiliary Document of the Electronic Invoice), the manual and all its accessories.
IV.I – The Customer must request the return via Customer Service (SAC) or directly in the Control Panel, in the “cancel order” section. The costs resulting from the removal or sending of the Product will be borne by 2tor.cc.
IV.II – Upon arrival of the product at the Distribution Center, 2tor.cc will verify that the above conditions are met.
If so, it will provide a refund of the full purchase price.
I V.III –In credit card purchases, the card administrator will be informed and the cancellation will be made on the next or subsequent invoice, in one go, regardless of the number of installments used in the purchase. The repayment period and, also, the collection of the remaining installments after the full refund of the value of the Product on the Customer's credit card made by 2tor.cc, is the responsibility of the card administrator. In case of collection of future installments by the card administrator, the Customer will not be encumbered, since 2tor.cc, as mentioned above, reimburses the total value of the Product in a single payment, the credit referring to the chargeback granted in full by the card administrator on the billing invoice subsequent to the month of cancellation.
IV.IV – In purchases paid for by bank transfer or debit, the refund will be made by bank transfer, within 10 (ten) working days, only to the current account of the buyer, which must be individual. It requires the CPF of the current account holder.
